Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 30, 2024 · Last Updated: July 21, 2026

Introduction

EpoxyArt33 ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our services.

Information We Collect

Personal Information

When you request a quote or contact us, we may collect:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Project details and address
  • Any other information you voluntarily provide

Photos, Plans & Documents You Upload

When you attach photos, plans, or PDF documents to a quote or bid request, they are transmitted securely and stored privately in our database — they are never published at public or guessable URLs. Uploaded files are used solely to evaluate your project, are attached to the internal email for your request, and are automatically deleted from our web storage within 72 hours. File types are restricted to images and PDF, and every file is validated on our servers.

Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Pages visited and time spent on pages
  • Referring website or source
  • Device information

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide quotes
  • Schedule appointments and consultations
  • Communicate with you about our services
  • Improve our website and services
  • Send promotional emails (only with your consent)
  • Comply with legal obligations

Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:

  • Service Providers: Trusted vendors that help us operate: Microsoft 365 (business email — your inquiry and our replies are processed through our Microsoft-hosted mailbox), our email delivery provider, and our website hosting infrastructure
  • Internal Notifications: When you submit an inquiry, an automated internal alert (containing your name and inquiry details) is sent to the business owner via a private Telegram notification channel so we can respond quickly. This channel is private and used only by EpoxyArt33 staff
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of business assets

AI-Assisted Email Responses

To respond quickly, initial replies from our estimates mailbox may be drafted with the help of an AI assistant that confirms receipt of your request and asks clarifying questions. The AI assistant never issues quotes, prices, or contractual commitments — every estimate is prepared and reviewed personally by the owner. When a team member replies to you directly, automated responses stop for that conversation. Information you send is used only to handle your inquiry and is not used to train third-party AI models.

Website Analytics (First-Party, No Ad Trackers)

We measure website performance using our own first-party analytics: anonymous events such as which page a visit started on, form submissions by category, and clicks on our phone or WhatsApp buttons. These events do not include your name, email, phone number, message contents, or file names, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell analytics data.

Data Retention & Deletion

Quote inquiries and related correspondence are retained while needed to serve you and for our business records. Uploaded photos, plans, and documents are automatically deleted from our web storage within 72 hours of submission (a copy remains only in the internal email for your request). You can request deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing luis@epoxyart33.com or calling (239) 276-1462, and we will honor it unless retention is legally required.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on our website. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect website functionality.

Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google Business). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
