Industry Flooring FAQs

Do you recommend one flooring system per building?

No — we specify by application area. A restaurant may need urethane cement in the kitchen, quartz in restrooms, and polished concrete or metallic in the dining room. Each zone gets the system its exposure demands.

Can you work with our GC or property manager directly?

Yes. We regularly work as a flooring subcontractor under GCs and coordinate directly with property managers — prequalification documents, COI, W-9, and references available on request.

What surface conditions require technical evaluation first?

Structural cracking, unknown moisture conditions, chemical or heavy oil contamination, existing industrial coatings, drain and slope work, and regulated environments (food processing, healthcare, government specs) all get evaluated before we quote a system.
