What system handles constant forklift traffic best?

A high-build 100% solids epoxy body coat with a urethane or polyaspartic wear topcoat. In extreme-abuse lanes we spec quartz-broadcast or urethane cement. Polished concrete is a strong low-maintenance option for dry distribution space.

Our slab dusts constantly. Can that be fixed?

Yes — concrete dusting means the slab surface is weak or was never densified. Grinding plus a densifier/sealer or a full coating system stops dusting permanently and protects product and equipment.

Do you do line striping and safety markings?

Yes — forklift lanes, pedestrian walkways, staging zones, and OSHA safety markings are installed as an integrated part of the coating system, not painted on top as an afterthought.

What about damaged joints and spalled areas?

Joint rebuilds and spall repairs are done before coating with semi-rigid fillers and repair mortars rated for hard-wheel traffic. Ignoring joints is the number one cause of warehouse floor failure.
