GC & Builder FAQs

How fast can you turn around a flooring bid?

Most bids from plans and specs are returned within 2-3 business days. For fast-track projects, send drawings to the Invite-to-Bid form and flag the deadline — we prioritize dated bid requests.

What prequalification documents can you provide?

COI with your GC listed as additional insured, W-9, safety documentation (OSHA 30), SAM.gov registration (UEI ZJG7DEABBA77, CAGE 18ND4), references from completed commercial projects, and our capability statement.

Do you work from specified systems or can you propose alternates?

Both. If the spec calls for a specific resinous system we bid it as specified. If the spec is open or a value-engineering alternate makes sense, we submit it separately with data sheets so your team can evaluate apples to apples.

What is your service area for commercial work?

All of Southwest Florida — Collier, Lee, Charlotte, Sarasota, and Manatee County. From Marco Island to Lakewood Ranch, including new-construction corridors in North Port and Punta Gorda.

Can you phase installs around other trades?

Yes. Resinous flooring is schedule-sensitive — we coordinate around drywall, paint, and MEP punch work, and we can install nights and weekends to protect your critical path.

Have a Project Going to Bid?

Send plans and your deadline — we respond fast and bid exactly what is scoped.
