1,000 sq. ft. commercial build-out in Naples finished with a White Pearl / Carrara-style 3D metallic epoxy floor — mechanical prep, 100% solids epoxy and a Smith’s MCU-60 polyurethane topcoat for a high-gloss, seamless designer surface.
The Challenge
This 1,000-square-foot commercial space needed a high-end, seamless floor that could double as a design feature while standing up to retail foot traffic. The existing slab had to be mechanically prepared and repaired, and the metallic had to be installed as one continuous pour across the whole space — no seams, no tile lines — with a durable, UV-stable topcoat that keeps the gloss and resists chemicals.
Our Solution

- 2100% solids epoxy primer / base coat installed over the prepared surface
